Attached are the log for that day, the original .xml call list, and a copy of part of the cdout table. As an example look at id 57716, phone 2159273976. Doesn't seem this should be happening, and I'm not sure where the problem is. Looks like there are some issues with how the Activation time was specified in the database, and errors due to the activation time not being specified correctly are the root cause of the problem here.
