Where I Set The Preview Mode

Are there any calls for the "ACD Dialer" loaded into the system?

 

The "ACD Agent Dialer" Scheduler needs to be selected when loading those calls. Please see attached screenshot.

 

Only "ACD Agent Dialer" scheduled calls will be retrieved from database when the call preview is selected by an ACD agent.

 

If you have "ACD Agent Dialer" scheduled calls in the database and the preview is still not working then could you please post the vgEngine traces from VoiceGuide - we can then see what happened.
