SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/23/2016 09:23 PM Sounds like their keypresses are not being heard by the system.. (?) Can you just use a record module and have a person with a problem phone call in and when the record module starts recording can you have that person press tones 1-9 on their phone. The recording will then record what tones are heard over the line when they press the keys. Please .,ZIP up the recording and post it here. The ktTel trace capturing the call would help as well.
