SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/30/2017 10:24 PM Recording the call is possible - both recording of the conversation between two bridged parties, and recording of both sides of Person<->IVR interaction. The Call record capacity depends on VoiceGuide version and license type. To record the conversation between two bridged parties the "Enterprise+Dialer" license is needed. To record both sides of Person<->IVR interaction the "Enterprise" license is needed and v7.5 or newer of VoiceGuide must be used.
