Problems With D/21d Card

Hi!

 

I have, as stated on the website, converted all sound files to mu law files.

But the same problem is still there:

Voice guide hangs up straight after answering a call, without running any voice files. I even tried it by replacing my voice files with the voice MuLaw 8kHz 8bit Mono files I downloaded from your website.

 

any help to solve the problem is much apreciated!

Hi!

 

I tried reinstalling wav driver, but still get same error:

what does inband detection not enabled mean...is that maybee the problem?

 

any help is much apreciated...

Can you try installing v5.2.1 - that version will generate some more debugging which may help us with seeing exactly where the problem lies.

(although I'm pretty sure it's with the wave drivers)

 

Inband detection is something different - its optional communication from the switch which can be sent at beginning of call and can carry info like what number caller rung etc.
