But the same problem is still there: Voice guide hangs up straight after answering a call, without running any voice files. I even tried it by replacing my voice files with the voice MuLaw 8kHz 8bit Mono files I downloaded from your website. any help to solve the problem is much apreciated! SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/07/2004 11:51 PM Can you try installing v5.2.1 - that version will generate some more debugging which may help us with seeing exactly where the problem lies. (although I'm pretty sure it's with the wave drivers) Inband detection is something different - its optional communication from the switch which can be sent at beginning of call and can carry info like what number caller rung etc. Share this post Link to post
