ID2016 Report post Posted 03/07/2017 10:36 PM I was able to run scripts for some time (months). Suddenly I started having issues. When looked in the logs I discovered :ERROR 7.5.5640.29066 Db_Insert_callqueAndPortList_cmd_calltrack_Insert..... Also I am attaching wav file that I wan that use in my script for the Ana text to voice replacement and cannot play it either via VG (it works on player). Please review logs and wav file. ID2016 Report post Posted 03/07/2017 10:41 PM Accidentally send incomplete email. Again issues are : ERROR 7.5.5640.29066 Db_Insert_callqueAndPortList_cmd_calltrack_Insert . Lost abilities to run scripts; or it hit or miss. Also please check the wav file - does it conform to the standard? boise3.wav0307_1700_vgDialListLoad.zip Thank you Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/08/2017 05:53 AM Looks like an older version of the Telephone Number loader was placed on this system today. In today's vgDialListLoad traces we can see this at top of every trace: 163908.231 0 ------------------------------------------------------- 163908.233 0 Outbound Call Loader 163908.233 0 ------------------------------------------------------- and in yesterdays traces we can see the new header format: 084002.013 0 ------------------------------------------------------- 084002.014 0 Outbound Call Loader vgDialListLoad 084002.014 0 CreationTime=9/30/2016 4:53:50 AM LastWriteTime=9/30/2016 4:53:50 AM 084002.014 0 ------------------------------------------------------- Suggest determining why an older version of vgDialListLoad.exe appeared on your system, and revering back to using the latest version. Whatever resulted in older version of vgDialListLoad.exe to overwrite the version that was there may have affected other components as well. As this is a VM systm is is possible that VM was rolled-back to an old snapshot? Regarding the boise3.wav file, it is an unsupported format (its a 48kHz/32 bit float/stereo format). For list of supported sound file formats please see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/soundfiles.htm For best results recommend using uLaw 8kHz Mono format. Then the sound data transmitted over the G.711 uLaw connection will be the exact same as in the sound file, byte-for-byte. So sound file is transmitted without any trans-coding. ID2016 Report post Posted 03/08/2017 10:38 PM Please look into .wav file attached. Does it have correct format? It is a long time before it plays via VG. I always had VG 6.0 on this server. Suddenly all scripts stopped working consistently. And I see the same error: Db_callque_ insert ...... So basically I cannot run anything consistently anymore. Please help to figure out what is going on. Thanks,boise1-ulaw2.wav0308_1653_vgEngine.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/08/2017 11:12 PM The boise1-ulaw2.wav file is in correct format (u-Law 8 kHz, 8 Bit, Mono), but it is a bit too quiet and has silence at beginning and end. See the screenshot below: The amplitude of recording is small and boise1-ulaw2.wav sound file has close to 1 second of silence at beginning and end. That 1 second of silence will add to the delay before & after the actual speech is played out over the phone connection. Compare this to any of the sound files that come with VoiceGuide: Recommend re-recording to get a sound recording that is not too quiet, and after recording removing any silence from beginning and end of sound file. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/08/2017 11:52 PM As advised previously, the version of VoiceGuide that is currently running on this system is older then version of VoiceGuide running on this system 3 days ago. even looking at vgEngine traces from your system confirms this: from 0306_0902_vgEngine.txt trace from 2 days ago: (March 6th 9:02 AM) : 090243.860 6 vgEngine : 7.5.6117.35767 RELEASE options75 090243.860 6 Compiled : 30-Sep-16 18:52:14.30 090243.860 6 Location : C:\Program Files (x86)\VoiceGuide\vgEngine.dll 090243.861 6 Written : 2016-09-30 04:53:36 compare above with today's just posted March 8th 0308_1653_vgEngine.txt trace: 165318.679 6 vgEngine version : 7.5.5649.41862 RELEASE options75 165318.679 6 Compiled on : 20-Jun-15 22:15:24.09 165318.679 6 AssemblyLocation : C:\Program Files (x86)\VoiceGuide\vgEngine.dll 165318.679 6 FileInfo.LastWriteTime : 2015-06-20 21:02:48 Look at the dates of the VoiceGuide engine used. ID2016 Report post Posted 03/09/2017 09:05 PM Do I just need to find somewhere the copy of vgDialListLoad.exe of he correct version and copy over? I know that no rollback was done on this server, not as I am aware of it. What should be my approach? Or reinstall it from scratch. Also can you please check the wav file to see if this is good to use. Thank you!boise1-ulaw.wav Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/09/2017 11:17 PM Please download latest VoiceGuide v7 from the Downloads page and install over the top of existing version. To change from one release of VoiceGuide v7 to another:1. Stop VoiceGuide Service and exit all VoiceGuide programs. (eg Script Designer, Tray Icon Service Monitor, etc) and all other programs.2. Run the VoiceGuide install and install into same directory as existing installation. (Do NOT uninstall the previous VoiceGuide installation).3. Start VoiceGuide service.Running the VoiceGuide install program over the top of an existing VoiceGuide installation will NOT overwrite existing configuration or license files (Config.xml, ConfigLine.xml, VG.INI, VmBoxList.xml, etc) and will NOT remove any of users script or sound files, and will NOT remove any log files etc Opening the attached wave file in Audacity (see: http://www.audacityteam.org/ ) shows that the leading and trailing silence has been removed, but the file is still quiet. For best recordings the loudest parts of the sound recording should take up the entire volume range Share this post Link to post
