We have our current system using VG completely (by the way it runs great!) and with the sheer amount of information requests, all 10 different businesses, and FAQ's, Fax On Demands, Customer Orders, Trouble Ticks, and sheesh so much more, we want to migrate to a voice platform. LuminVOX, which is a company who makes the SDIS program (graphical user interface like VG) has an API that should work with VG to record voices and turn them into text strings for VG to use. Do you have any knowledge on wether or not thei API will work with your system? Thanks! Share this post Link to post
