ok... I am down to 2 choices for software.... including yours...

 

I'd like to access either a database or spreadsheet.. compare the callerid to the database... then let my customer set up their own appointment... update the database, then email or fax a confirmation.

 

I think this is feasible...

 

do you have any sample script... to:

 

work with the spreadsheet or database?

 

and..

 

send an email... send a fax... (I suppose WinFax.. I think I saw some sample script on that... though... that script had a tiff file to fax if I remember...a process I may not be able to automate)?

 

and.. how I would pass variables (including data from the db) from one module to another...

(my previous problem has been resolved... we will use the * to hangup from any menu... so we can pick up an extension)

another question re:subscripts... the Enterprise version is the only one that allows this? I see that a call was hung up in a subscript... I suppose I am using subscripts then? or could those have been internal??? this was using your voicemail server as a starting point
