Guest researcher Report post Posted 12/04/2017 04:13 PM Dear sir I have logged into my profile with the correct password a few days ago. Since then I am logged in automatically from my laptop. But I cant log in from other desktop PCs. And when I try to change the password from my profile, it is asking to enter current password, which I dont have. Hence I have to use support forum only when I am using my laptop. I have also tried to receive email on my earlier email account by trying the "Forgot password" feature, but I have so far never received email for resetting my password. Please see the attachment. SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/04/2017 10:45 PM Please check your Gmail 'Spam' folder. If you cannot see the password reset emails in your Gmail Inbox then most most likely those password reset emails have been placed in that folder. Share this post Link to post
