jiaseby Report post Posted 12/07/2017 05:17 PM Can I use 2 different Dialogic 4 port cards on one machine to have 8 lines? Or do they have to be the exact same model? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/07/2017 08:39 PM You cannot mix 'JCT' series cards and D/4PCI series cards. Either both cards have to be D/4PCI family cards or both have to be 'JCT' D/41JCT is the only 4 line analog card in JCT family. There are many types of D/4PCI cards, all can work in same system together. If you have two or more JCT cards in the computer then you have to link all the cards together with a "CT Bus cable". (see the installation instructions that come with JCT cards) D/4PCI cards do not have to be linked together with CT Bus cable. (D/4PCI do not have a CT Bus connector) If you need 8 lines then recommend looking at using a D/120JCT card. It is a 12 line card. Share this post Link to post
