Send Phone Message

I am looking at the help file "Send Phone Message" module.

 

It says:

VG Dialer option must be enabled to allow any outbounding dialing.

 

How do you enable this option?

If you have already purchased just a "Professional" or "Enterprise" license then you can purchase the Dialer add-on separately.

I bought "Enterprise+Dialer" license.

This means you have the "VG Dialer" option enabled and therefore can use the "Send Phone Message" modules in your script...

I don't understand how it works.

 

After "Hangup Call"

I would like "Send Phone Message" module to call my cell phone number(do I have to dial 1 at the beginning)

and let me know that there was an incoming call.

You should use the "Send Phone Message" module before you use the "Hangup" module.

 

Or, you can use the "On Hangup" script option and use the "Send Phone Message" module in that script...

Or, if the message is left in a voicemail box just configure that voicemail box to forward the message to your telephone number and all will be done automatically for you...
