Guest Baklan Report post Posted 03/18/2004 12:10 AM I have an Intel V92 Data Fax Voice modem running on 4.47.2 drivers (latest from Intel site). When I try to transfer the call, doesnt matter PBX or conference, instead of flashing it just hangs up. I tried doing it this way: !,,xxx-xxx-xxxx,,! but still it doesnt work, like it doesn't recognize the ! command. In VG Dialer though it can understand the flash command fine. Any idea whats the problem here? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/18/2004 12:26 AM Sounds like the hookflash that this modem generates is too long for your PBX - and your PBX thinks the line was hung up - so it just finishes the call. If you want to do call transfers you should use a Dialogic card - you can adjust hookflash length on Dialogic cards to match that which is required by your PBX, and then call transfers etc. will work. Guest Baklan Report post Posted 03/18/2004 03:21 AM Could you recommend some basic dialogic card. Don't need anything fancy, the cheapest I can get to get it to work with transfer feature. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/18/2004 04:17 AM A good entry-level card is the 4 port D4PCI. In US it costs around US$500 brand new. See: http://voiceguide.com/suppRecomHardware.htm for links on where you can buy it. Share this post Link to post
