Guest Panos Report post Posted 07/20/2018 08:25 AM I'm using voiceguide with voice board dialogic the last 10 years and I'm trying to change to voip version. I've download the last trial version (7.5.21) and I set up my voip provider. I check that the software has been connected but when I made calls the software close the line in the first call and keeps open the line in the second call, without running the script we don't hear nothing in the phone). I can't close the line even from hangup button and I must restart the program. I'm sending the log files log.zip Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/20/2018 08:42 AM VoiceGuide traces show the error occurs on the Dialogic level. Cold you please .ZIP up all the Dialogic RTF logs from C:\Program Files (x86)\Dialogic\log directory and post them here. If you could also perform a WireShark trace capture of the incoming call this would also help. Please start WireShark capture before starting VoiceGuide service, and then place a call, and then save the capture as .pcapng file, .ZIP it up and post it here. In WireShark use "sip" as the filter and export only the displayed packets. 110504.320 10 3 1 1 state <offered> : cid=2382023051@sip.yuboto.com , dnis=5461@213.144.173.77:5060 110504.323 10 3 1 1 AnswerTheCallIfAllowed 8000001, iIvrDev=1, strDlgcDevName_Network=iptB1T1 110504.323 10 3 1 1 rings=0, min rings before answer=2 (iCallerIdHasArrived=1) 110504.323 10 3 1 1 should answer as non-Analog and CallerID has arrived 110504.324 10 3 1 1 rv clear all 110504.325 10 3 1 1 sDistinctRingRVs not defined 110504.326 10 3 1 1 LineState ResetAtStartOfNewCall 110504.326 10 3 1 1 do AnswerTheCall 110504.326 10 3 1 1 L2_set Running_Normal (AnswerTheCallIfAllowed) 110504.327 10 3 1 1 answering the call (picking up the line) 8000001 110504.328 10 3 1 1 t timer clear (force=True) 110504.328 10 3 1 1 ktTel_AnswerCall_Enqueue source=AnswerTheCall 110504.328 10 3 1 1 q_tel + cmd_AnswerCall 8000001 [] [0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0][|||||||] 110504.328 10 3 1 1 ktTel_LineAnswerCall => 110504.328 12 3 1 1 q_tel run cmd_AnswerCall 8000001 0 [] 0 max:1|0 110504.329 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_HDR_Request_URI|sip:5461 110504.338 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_HDR_Contact_URI|sip:213.144.173.77:5070;did=845.e2332de5 110504.338 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_HDR_FROM_DISPLAY|"2382023051" 110504.338 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_HDR_CALLID|4da77c08176b46d2315890501c2ad1f5@213.144.173.69:5060 110504.338 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_HDR_FROM|"2382023051"<sip:2382023051@sip.yuboto.com>;tag=as6b0117ed 110504.338 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_HDR_TO|<sip:5461@213.144.173.77:5060> 110504.339 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_Header_Via|SIP/2.0/UDP 213.144.173.77:5070;branch=z9hG4bK914c.f9428d92.1 110504.339 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_Header_From|"2382023051"<sip:2382023051@sip.yuboto.com>;tag=as6b0117ed 110504.339 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_Header_To|<sip:5461@213.144.173.77:5060> 110504.339 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_Header_Contact|<sip:213.144.173.77:5070;did=845.e2332de5> 110504.339 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_Header_Call-ID|4da77c08176b46d2315890501c2ad1f5@213.144.173.69:5060 110504.339 10 3 1 1 rvns add SIP_Header_User-Agent|MOR Softswitch 110504.369 19 3 1 1 ev Dialogic 2049,GCEV_TASKFAIL, crn=8000001, 0,137,6,NOADVICE,CCLIB specific,IPERR_INTERNAL - see rtf log 110504.369 19 3 1 1 q_scr + evScriptEvent 2049 GCEV_TASKFAIL 110504.369 10 3 1 1 q_scr run evScriptEvent sCode=[GCEV_TASKFAIL] iActionID=0, crn=8000001 [0|137|6|0|0][NOADVICE|CCLIB specific|IPERR_INTERNAL - see rtf log|||] 00:00:00 max:1|00:00:00.0209909 110504.369 10 3 1 1 se GCEV_TASKFAIL 2049 0|137|6 NOADVICE|CCLIB specific|IPERR_INTERNAL - see rtf log LineState=LS_OFFERED_ANSWERINGCALL 110504.369 10 3 1 1 GCEV_TASKFAIL event_crn=8000001, hCall_crn=0, crn_NewCallArriving=8000001, crn_CurrentMakeCall=0, crn_InProcessOfReleasing=0 Share this post Link to post
