SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/20/2018 10:14 PM If you use traditional analog lines to make the outbound call then it is not possible to set the Caller ID. It is possible to set the CallerID if using T1 or E1 ISDN trunks and if using VoIP, but the service provider must also allow this, and use your supplied CallerID value for the outgoing call, instead of the default CallerID associated with the trunk/service.
