Guest SomeWan Report post Posted 08/13/2019 08:08 AM Hi, Is there any way to run IPMediaServer.exe in Windows 10? I tried to compile using Visual Studio 6.0 and I could not find the way to do it. Thanks Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/13/2019 09:14 AM Have you just tried installing VoiceGuide software to confirm correct system setup? What type of system are you trying to deploy and for how many simultaneous calls? Share this post Link to post

I have installed the software yes, I'm following the instructions here: https://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/install_v7_dialogichmp.htm . For now I only want to try to run that programme and see if it perform correctly a test call into the system. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/13/2019 09:26 AM The VoiceGuide trace will tell us more about the system setup, and if you can post the vgEngine and ktTel traces along with the WireShark trace then we can see what is actually happening on the system and advise. vgEngine and ktTel traces are created in VoiceGuide's \log\ subdirectory. WireShark can be downloaded from: https://www.wireshark.org Share this post Link to post
