Guest u4910 Report post Posted 10/23/2019 04:32 PM I've noticed that on recent versions of VG, that the status monitor does not show what vgs scripts are attached to the lines. Maybe not a big deal, but if we use different scripts for incoming calls on different lines then it will help to know what vgs to expect to be used on that incoming call when monitoring. SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/23/2019 07:43 PM Please Right-Click on one of the column headers and select the "Field Chooser" option from the context menu. Then place a check next to the "Script Default" entry. That should make the column that shows the default script for incoming calls visible. Share this post Link to post
