TTS / Wav file lock

When generating wav files via text to speech, the same file that gets reused sometimes gets a file lock and the new wav file fails to generate.

Have to stop VG service and clear the wav files from temp folder to ensure new files get generated.

VoiceGuide should set a new unique filename as the file to save the TTS stream to in cases where it cannot access/open/overwrite existing file.

Can you please post the vgEngine, ktTel and ktTts traces for the time when this problem occurred and we can the see what happened on the system and advise.

The vgEngine trace from the system showed a number of "There is not enough space on the disk." errors between 8:10 and 9:15

And no more such errors between 9:15 and when the vgEngine trace ended at 15:21

No space on disk would prevent new TTS stream save files from being created.

Was the TTS problem resolved at just after 9:15 ?

The ktTts and ktTel logs would show more information, so if you can forward those we can better comment on what happened on this system.

Makes sense.  I will do further testing and monitor disk space and see if it happens again when there is available space.
