Problems running test script

I am test your system but cant seem to get system to answer any calls.

here is my system

windows 10 pro
intel i7-9700
16GB RAM
1TB HD
voiceguide ver 7.6.28 (trial)

sangoma D4PCIUFEQ

run the credit card test script

 

When I check on the line status there don't see any lines or dialogic cards.

Looking at the logs, it does seem that the dialogic lines are starting.

Can you please recommend how to fix this issue.

I have resolved the issue. I had to uninstall voiceguide and the drivers and reinstall. The system is currently working.

After Dialogic drivers are installed Windows must be restarted. The Dialogic driver will not work correctly until Windows is restarted after the install.

ktTel trace shows the Dialogic drivers were not starting properly:
