Can you please explain in detail what do you mean by "pause ... before and after press 9 in play module".

Do you have the system playing ".. press 9..." to the caller at some stage and you want some silence before and after that? or something else?

Sorry, I just mean that before caller press 9 in play module, it will have 5 seconds silence. After caller press 9 in play module, it will have 5 seconds silence as well. Thank you.

This can be done by using timeout paths, or by just using sound files that contain 5 seconds of silence.
