subscripting not working

Hi Support,

I found my voice guide suddenly cannot jump to subscripts, and after checking the log it seems saying my version does not support subscripting. Could you advise why? It was working fine when I use evaluation license.

Trace shows that this system is licensed as a "Professional" version of VoiceGuide.

Sub-scripting is a feature available in the "Enterprise" license.
