SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/27/2020 08:35 AM We tested the latest version of VoiceGuide on the same build version of Windows (18363) and both HMP and VoiceGuide started OK with no issues. Screenshots and traces attached. Can you post traces created when you used the current version of VoiceGuide on your system? SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/27/2020 10:39 AM We applied the latest outstanding Windows update to this system, and HMP and VoiceGuide still started fine. Both when starting the services manually, and when set to start automaticall on Windows startup. Windows Update is now showing "You're up to date" message. Traces attached below. SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/27/2020 10:27 PM vgEngine trace shows that there is some other software on system that is using the 5060 port. 5060 is the default port that HMP needs to open to accept SIP communications. If the main SIP communications port that HMP wants to open is already used by some other software then HMP will not be able to open any SIP channels of its own on the system. Sounds like you have other VoIP software installed on this system. Please uninstall all other VoIP software and try starting VoiceGuide service again.
