davidcc Report post Posted 03/25/2004 08:05 AM Hi guys, We have a IPOFFICE PBX that is connected to our computers through the LAN. In our Helpdesk access Database (.mdb) we use the tapiRequestMakeCall routine included in the TAPI32.DLL library to MAKE CALLS directly from the database (pointing to a control box that includes the phone number of the customer). We'd like to continue using TAPI32.DLL routines to DISPLAYING A FORM of our access automatically when the telephone is ringing at that station. What I pretend is to MAKE AN ENTRY in our database each time that a call enters to a Helpdesk operator, and also know if the call is lost. I have thought that the lineanswer routine is the key to solve this, but I don't know how to use it and how to link it with our access. Using the tapiRequestMakecall is more easy, but not the lineanswer function. Thanks for your collaboration, really David Share this post Link to post
