Need Help downloading the software & drivers

Hi

I am trying to purchase enterprise software with VoIP  lines, I am having a hard time finding computer person to download drivers and getting the software working because they're not familiar with the software

Can you refer me to any IT,  programmers, or companies that can help me or that is familiar with this software?

  Would a company be able to set up the software remotely or would they have to be on my site?
