Guest Cas Report post Posted 03/29/2004 03:39 AM TTS hangs after a few words. My script calls for "You have reached Link, Please press....." when I call the line, the TTS engine plays back "You have bla bla bla bla bla" and I mean it really says "bla bla bla..............." and keeps repeating "bla" untill I hang up. Any idea I am using a D41/EPCI Voice guide demo (I have a 2 line enterprise license) V 5.2.1011 Windows 2000 server Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/29/2004 06:39 AM First time we've seen such a situation... Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) also - please check the "save log to file" option box and post all the log files in VG's \log\ subdirectory for the day the error was reproduced. Also please .ZIP and post the ttsX.wav files which would be created by TTS engine in VG's \data\ subdirectory. Which TTS engine are you using on this system? Share this post Link to post
