minka Report post Posted 03/29/2004 01:23 PM We are currently evaluating Voice Guide with an aim to implement this solution in the short term, obviously after successful testing. For testing purposes we are trying to use a TRENDnet TFM-560X external voice modem, however it seems that Voice Guide is complaining that this modem does not support automated voice mode. We attempted installation both on WIN2K and XP, with exactly same results. I am aware from another thread that this make of modem is used with Voice Guide. Can you please shed some light as to what we might be missing ? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/29/2004 08:58 PM Maybe you are using incorrect drivers for the modem? If you cannot find correct drivers for your modem you should contact the modem’s manufacturer. Sometimes using another voice modem's drivers may work OK - sometimes there is a lot of trial and error with voice modems - getting a Dialogic card may be a better option because of the time it saves you...
