Guest Carl Manganillo Report post Posted 04/02/2004 01:58 PM Hi, I just purchased voiceguide, and I want to be able to have an e-mail sent out after a voicemail is left. It appeared as though VoiceMail Manager - Email was the place to set this up. I put in my correct SMTP account information, but no e-mail was sent. I don't see anything in any logs either. Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
