Guest ayjabri Report post Posted 04/03/2004 06:32 PM I've purchased a dialogic board D/41EPCI, when i try to use the dialer to make an outbound call, after the phone is answerd it keeps showing the status as dialing, the moment some one speak it hang up.. any suggestion...?? Trace shows that the Dialogic card reports that the call was answered by an answering machine - and as you set the Answering Machine message to be "NONE" then VG just hangs up the call.
