Carphone Report post Posted 04/04/2004 09:34 PM Hi, I need to get voice guide to write the length of the call to file. The problem is with my system is that the caller may hangup at any time. How can i get a run program module to execute as soon as VG detects the user has hung up? Is their another way? SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/04/2004 10:17 PM VoiceGuide can be instructed to run a separate script when the call has finished using the "Script Properties" option from the "Edit" menu in the Graphical Design Environment. You can then write the call length information from that script into the log file. See the "Call Finish" section of VG Help file.
