SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/06/2004 01:26 AM To unregister a registered version of VG please rename (or delete) the file userinfo.ini in VoiceGuide’s directory to something else and restart VG. Then to go back to using a registered version just name that file userinfo.ini again (or just enter the registration code again) Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/06/2004 11:29 PM Is the path to the script correct? That is the usual cause of such problem... If there is a file at C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\Scripts\vgscript\testcallback_delete.vgs then the attached .exe has some more trace logging around the area where the error mesage is showing - please update your v5.2.1 install with this file and try making the call again, then post the trace.
