I would like to know if I can use more than one PCI Boards using VGdialer. Does VG Dialer take all lines from alla board installed ..

You can use multiple boards.

 

You can select which channels VoiceGuide will use on a per-channel basis. In most cases you would just select to use all channels on all boards in system.
