Trying To Test With A "wave" Modem

I'd like to test my VG script before purchasing a Dialogic board, so have borrowed a couple of "voice modems" (both Netcomms). I gave up on the Netcomm Roadster II 56 Ultra, and now trying a Netcomm Banksia Wave SP56. I understood both of these were voice modems, and, as far as I understand, both have the ability to answer a call and can be used as a speakerphone.

 

However, VoiceGuide reports that neither device supports "Automated Voice mode". Is there something I can do -- install a particular driver, perhaps? -- to allow VoiceGuide to work with either of these modems, for testing purposes?

 

Anyone?

You need to check with modem manufacturer support to confirm which driver you should install for this modem to make it work in voice mode.
