Taking Path Delay

When running a play module, if I wait until the message is finished before pressing a key, the path is taken immediately, but, if I press the key before the message stops. In the VG windows, I can see VG take the correct path now, but the message is still playing.

 

I am using a dialogic card(D41JCT) and the driver is installed correctly.

 

The log is attached.

 

The [a-10] is playing then I press key(2), the wave file of a-10 still playing. In the VG windows, it shows it takes the path to [a_2-0].

 

Why ?

Are you using v5.2.1 of VG?

 

Could you please post the trace file MMDDtw.txt from VG's \log\ subdirectory which captures this problem - we will then be able to better see what is happening.

It looks like file menu_a-1.wav is not in the Dialogic format (11kHz, 8bit, Mono) but is in 8kHz 16bit Mono format. This is causing some confusion between VoiceGuide’s and Dialogic's drivers - could you please change that file format to 11kHz, 8bit, Mono and try again.

 

If you are still experiencing problems after changing the file format please post both traces capturing the problem again.
