Guest Eugene Report post Posted 04/17/2004 10:26 PM I have a odd problem that may be caused by the way my phone is set up. I have set up the VoiceGuide software and Zoom External Modem. But when I dial my number to test out the credit card payment script, my modem does not pick up but my voicemail that comes with the phone company picks up after one ring. Is the telephone company's voicemail system affecting VoiceGuide IVR? Does anyone out there how I can turn off the voicemail for a U.S. telephone company? There are no trace logs available!
