Harry C Report post Posted 06/08/2023 06:46 AM I did placed license file in VoiceGuide directory, but when I start line monitor, it still show is under Evaluation. I also only see 4 lines showing in line monitor not 24 lines. Which log file that I need to send? Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/08/2023 07:14 AM It looks like you are not receiving our emails. We received an email from you yesterday and the email you sent today. We sent two emails yesterday. The seconds email contained the correct license for your installed version. We sent another email today - about 4 and a half hours ago.
