Is this now restored in the latest download. I now need to start recording on one of the incoming lines and therefore need linedrop detection so I am not recording the disconnect tone for long periods. Also, is there a way (easily) of changing the script which is running on 1 line whilst not affecting different scripts running on other lines? I am finding at present I have to close VG and restart using the config tool to get it to read the latest script this however takes out lines which are running other scripts and do not need to be 'rebooted' Share this post Link to post

To change the script used by the line while VoiceGuide is running just highlight the line that you want to change the script for, then go to "File" menu and select "Select Script". (Tested both of the above with v5.2.1023 but it should work same for all v5.2.1 versions) Share this post Link to post
