Guest andtokyo Report post Posted 04/21/2004 07:47 PM we are using voice guide as an information line. setup: three voice modems (creative modem blaster DI3631-1 on a dell dimension 2400 p4 2.8 256 memory). the problem is that sound files are horrible even after using goldwave to create them. sound files recorded remotely are an improvement but not much. currently i have to leave a message for a voice mail box and then redirect the module's sound file to the newly recorded message. is it possible to record the module's sound file remotely without having to move the file or path? SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/21/2004 09:37 PM You can specfy the filename where the Record module should be recording... please see: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/modRecord.htm Ultimately the best way to resolve the sound quality issues is to get a Dialogic card... SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/22/2004 11:40 PM ... the Record module is available in every version of VoiceGuide... it's listed as one of the modules on the left hand side of the VG Script Designer. Share this post Link to post
