For example, let's say that ten callers call in. five of them leave messages and the other five listened to the menu, but hung up without leaving a message. SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/26/2004 04:38 AM Every call is recorded in the log files (.vgl .xml and .csv) - and every action (if any) is recorded there as well - so you can see exactly what the called did or did not do.
