Dialogic card installation on Linux

I have a Linux 7.2 machine with kernel 2.4.20-28.7.i686 , kernel headers-2.4.9-34.i386 , kernel source 2.4.20-28.7.i386 . I installed LiS-2.13.9.tgz on my machine.

my dialogic card is D/41ESC , how do I install my dialogic card on my PC , and how do I check that my Card is working
