hello support,

please how do i get  VG  do some or play a  ringing tone  before  playing a "script" for an  Incoming calls.

You can just play a sound file that is a recording of a ringing tone.

Or, you can just wait a while before answering an incoming call - the telephone company will then be sounding the ringing tone to the caller while the caller is waiting for the call to be answered. To wait before answering call set the "Start the script without answering call" option, and then for your starting module use a Play module that has "none" set as the sound file to be played. In that Play module that is not actually playing anything have a Timeout path that leads to a module that actually does play something - and the call will then be answered at that time.
