SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/02/2024 11:39 PM Are you referring to the sound files that have been generated using TTS or any of the pre-recorded sound files? Can you try playing one of the longer system sound files provided in VoiceGuide's \System\voice\ subdirectory and compare how those sound when played back? To test the sound quality of the voice path both ways, you can create a simple callflow script that just records the callers voice for, say, 10 seconds and then plays the recorded sound back to them. eg: Share this post Link to post
