Guest Femi Ogundimu Report post Posted 03/21/2003 11:29 AM Hello, I have been using Voice Guide for quite some time and it has worked excellently with my modem. But I have always started the Play module. Recently I needed to start with the Get Numbers module and I experienced some problems with the Get Numbers module. The module is listed among the modules that can be used to start a scripts. But when I used it I found that my calls are dropped as soon as the modem picks them up. Pls help me on what could be the possible cause of the error as the Get Numbers module never allows my scripts to run as long as it is the starting script. Thanks. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/23/2003 12:43 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/25/2003 12:28 AM OK I see that the system is hanging up the call without even trying to start the script... Can you please post your VG.INI file, and the script (.VGS file) which you are using (or which can demonstrate the problem on your system) I'll have a look at them and see what could be causing this...
