It is possible to use VoiceGuide to implement an ACD system, see: http://voiceguide.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=1462 You really do need a CTI interface to implement this though... SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/29/2004 10:25 AM You should speak with the PBX supplier to see if they recommend any to be used with your Hicom 3000 PBX. Many medium-range and just about all upper-end PBXs offer built-in ACDs as an add-on option. Of course as mentioned before - if the PBX has a CTI link then it's quite easy to set up your ACD using VoiceGuide - and you would get a much more flexible system that way they choosing to use PBXs built-in ACD.
