Guest yoni Report post Posted 04/29/2004 08:44 AM I am a beginner in IVR systems ,my question may be trivial sorry for that. Step 1 I want to create via an IVR system a customer database which includes these fields: Customer Password (7 digits), Customer phone numbers (10 digits), a specifice voice message recorded by the customer. Can this database be created by an IVR system ? Step 2 After the creation of the database I want callers to call the 800 number of the system and enter the customer password. If the password is found then the system automatically plays the prerecorded massage (was recorded by the customers in step 1). The caller can then decide to enter his voice response (the system will record the voice response) or ask the system to dial to the customer phone number. I wonder if such system can be implemented by an IVR. Thank you. Yoni Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/29/2004 10:20 AM All of what you list can be quite quickly set up using VoiceGuide IVR. Just download the evaluation version of VG, install it and take a look at the Script Designer and read through the help file's description on Get Number and Database Query modules...
