Guest Ben Harper Report post Posted 04/30/2004 10:29 AM Is there a generic script / event that will be called by voiceguide after any form of call termination, wether hung up locally, by the caller, line failure any diconnection besides power outage? I have noticed for example that voiceguide runs a cleanup script after call termination during a recording. Im looking for the last event before it preps the line for a new connection. I am trying to setup a call logging database, to monitor between 15 and 50, 1800 /1900 phone numbers, and I would like to log many module / system variables collected over the term of the call, therefore best done at the last minute.
