Has anybody got some definitive settings for British Telecom for the D/4PCI......the settings that came with the modem and/or down load of the site are short of the mark....eg hookfash, was so long the modem effectively hungup.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please read the release notes which have come with your card. They usually indicate which Parameter File you should specify in your Dialogic Configuration Manager, and what other settings you should use.

 

If there are no release notes specific to you country it's best to contact the Dialogic distributor in your area for assistance in this matter.

You can also use Dialogic's PBXpert application to specify what type of tone sequence constitutes a busy signal on your telephone system.
