Caller ID in VM Manager

It used to tag all mailbox messages with Caller ID, but now it seems to have stopped.  Any idea why?  I've run tests from a # that is not blocked.

Please post vgEngine trace that captures the incoming call. We can look at that trace to confirm if CallerID is supplied by the telephone company on that call.

There are no incoming calls captured in that trace.

Please post a trace that has an incoming call in it.
