The Service Provider Doesnot Show

i have a problem i'm using dialogic card with the vg and i want to set the hook flash but when i open the control panel i don't find the dialogic service provider listed although i added this option when i was installing the dialogic software

yes i followed the instructions but in the part of setting the hookflash length on the dialogic card this says that i have to open the control panel "phone and modem options"advanced tab and select the dialogic service provider well i did not find any dialogic service provider shown and when i try to add a no service providers found is shown that is although when i tried to install the dialogic software i selected that the TAPI is installed

Which Dialogic System Release version are you using?

 

I'd try re-installing the Dialogic software again. Make sure you select the Global Call option as well.
