Guest rmonicat Report post Posted 05/07/2004 12:31 AM Here you have one more try. This time using embedded VB. Bridge connects also cancels but calls goes on. Bridge is not set. I've included some questions directly in the VG log file. Please take a minute to find them while analyzing log information. I'm also particularly concerned about the delay to start actions When outbound call are answered. (you will find it annotated in the log ) VG and VB scripts are the same as in my last post. They are included in the attached zip file. I must point out that we are toughly pressed to put VG to work for it's use in an ongoing commercial campaign. Thaks. SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/07/2004 12:56 AM Which Dialogic card are you using? From VG Help file's section on Bridge_Connect: This command will only work when the following Dialogic cards are used: D/41EPCI, D/41ESC, D/41JCT-LS, D/120JCT-LS, D/160SC-LS and all digital cards: D/240SC, D/300SC etc. Share this post Link to post

Guest rmonicat Report post Posted 05/07/2004 04:37 AM I'll try and tell you (after some sleeping, cause we are just in the opposite side of the globe). Regarding the delay in starting actions once customer attended call, do you have any recommendation? It is adding 2 to 4 seconds during which the person who received the call waits without knowing who is calling.... not a good start for a selling call. Remember it is annotated in the log file in my last post. Thank you very much. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/07/2004 04:52 AM Please unzip the attached file and place the OCX in Windows' system32 directory (overwriting existing file) and then place the EXE in VoiceGuide's main directory (overwriting existing file). The please try your scripts again. If you still experience problems please post the traces as before. Regarding answering detection speed: On analog lines the person answering the call has to say 'hello' (or anything else) so that Dialogic can detect that the call was answered - and to determine if call was answered by a live person or by an answering machine. If you want to be informed immediately when the handset has been picked up you will need to use Digital lines (T1/E1 Robbed Bit or ISDN). 5.2.1041_bridge_fix.zip Share this post Link to post
