Evaluation version of voiceguide. Dialogic software 5.1.1 service pack 1 What do I enter for Country code, live in canada so i just used US. Please confirm correct entry if you know it. Also, do I have to configure TSP parameters. ie. dialtone, off hook etc... If so where can I get these. East coast of Canada I have reinstalled twice. Card passes all tests... Sofware seems to run okay but the phone lines just keep ringing and ringing. Should I send a trace of the credit card payement sample since that is what is in your examples. I will pay for technical support and if I can get this working will purchase 4 line enterprise version. Time is crucial. help please Can I call someone... Share this post Link to post

When purchasing it in the 'Comments' field indicate the phone number and time and somebody will contact you. So are you saying that incoming calls are not getting answered? Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this will allow us to see what is going wrong. (When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.) Share this post Link to post
